Although there are some nice amenities at this hotel, like the bar and the pool. In general, it was in need of some rehab. Leaky shower that didn't drain well, lots of coats of paint, tired carpeting.

The pool and around the pool was amazing and stunning. Facilities for wedsing reception or parties. Restaurant on site. Free breakfast. Rooms with decks overlooking pool and gazebo area were awesome but made it a littke noisy. The smell of weed was string in the halls even though it is s smokefree property. Im alergic so luckily my room was right next to the hallway outside. The staff was stellar. I miss my connection due to amtrak and they held my room and ultimately didn't charge me for it which was a pleasant suprise. I will totally stay here again when im back him in buffalo visiting.

It’s a little run-down. Bathroom faucets leaked. Only one cup for coffee. Needed paint work here and there. Breakfast was cold 2 of the four days. No potatoes the 2nd day. Had to remind the attendant to get the bowls and yoghurt toppings out.

Rain water leaked inside the room via window. When we mentioned that to front desk, they knew exactly what we were talking about. That means they are aware of the situation and have not address the problem.

I was upset cause I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid in full through Expedia then when I registered they asked for a credit card to put 250 on hold so I gave them a credit card and they said I would get a full refund. Well I don’t get a full refund I only got 98.00 and they took the difference will never stay there again.
