Located in Buffalo, this building is a dream. No expense was spared when this commercial property was renovated into a second floor two bedroom and one bathroom apartment in a gated property three blocks away from Olmsted Parkway and Elmwood Village (voted One of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods!)

After a day of exploring, relax in front of the fireplace, make a drink at the bar (BYOB), or gather your family around the large fully stocked modern gourmet kitchen island to share the fun of the day and plan your next adventure. End the night relaxing on the balcony. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a full-size sofa bed and futon tucked into corners of the main living space. Sleeps 7.

My family of 4 came to town for my daughters UB graduation. The accommodations were perfect for us. Great open floor plan, beautifully renovated, trendy decor, huge kitchen island, bonus pantry & bar, everything-you-need type of place. Very attentive hostess, John
