"Now the location may scare some people away but it shouldn't. There is a grocery store and a dollar store across the street and a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. The staff at the desk was very helpful. The room itself had a fan and A/C however it did smell a little musty when we first got into it. But once we got the A/C going it cleared up. Everything was spotless and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room was over the beer store on the side street and the single pane windows allowed quite a bit of noise from outside. That being said it was everything we expected in Downtown Vancouver. It's close to all the downtown things and Uber was cheap to get around. Parking was questionable as there are very limited spots in the lot for the hotel and otherwise you would have to park on the street. Overall it was a good place to stay as long as you aren't expecting a high end resort style experience."

"super nice new apt , stuff very reactive and room very well furnished. the description is super accurate except that it looks like there was a balcony but not all the apt have one and unfortunately our didn’t . walking distance to dt but not so many restaurant close by. the only concern is that the building is at the border of the not so nice neighborhood. not super safe at night but there is a security at the door ."
