"The only downside is that it’s located in Chinatown, where there is a noticeable homeless and drug-use situation on the surrounding streets. While we never felt unsafe inside the hotel, it can be uncomfortable walking around the area, especially in the evening (stayed there because of close location to BC Place). That’s more a reflection of the neighbourhood than the hotel itself. The rooms and hotel itself are nice!"

"Our room could have been cleaner under the bed and around the furniture but overall we were happy. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom toiletries provided were nice. The surrounding area was not as bad as we read online, and we parked in the public area behind the building with no issues. I would stay here again for the price."

"We made a last minute booking and were so happy with our choice. Great location, walking distance to explore Mount Pleasant or walk or take the Skytrain to downtown Vancouver. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, with a great shower. No a/c, but there was a good fan. Will definitely stay again."
