They did not have the room we booked, the hotel rooms were unclean, staff were not helpful, the food was awful and upon leaving I checked out and kept my luggage with the hotel services and came back to my bag full soaked in water. Terrible stay but we did make memories.

"Warm welcome on arrival but got the keys to the wrong room. Luckily the person was in the shower so they didn’t see us enter. Not very clean with spilt coffee in the elevator. It was overall ok but the pictures looked much nicer. The bar area had nice cocktails. Will probably stay somewhere else next Vancouver trip. "
