The staff at registration are brazen; they constantly try to push things on you—even if you explicitly say you don't need anything, they keep making offers anyway. And they are constantly tacking on various additional charges.

The pool is great for kids, and the lazy river was lovely. I would recommend pool chair rentals during peak seasons. Pool towels were provided. Rooms have a full washer/dryer combo, making it great for travelling light. We loved our 3-bedroom unit. We would absolutely stay here again!
