The facilities were amazing. Everything was clean and in place. The room was above expectations. And the staff was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, everything done in the moment. Everything was just awesome!

Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept clean. The parking area was adequate and there were plenty of spaces. The room was comfortable and smelled clean however there were broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Access to this property is not easy.

Guys this location should have not been open it was on the construction debris everywhere contract is everywhere I had to send a block next to my door exposed wires dirty windows chipped bathtubs etc

Older hotel, needs updated. Air condition did not work in our room, just fan. I prepaid for room but when I checked in she asked for an addition $8 for hotel charge....which should of been included when I booked the room and paid.

"Amazing resort! Multiple pools and activities for kids and families. Kids loved the outdoor movie, Gatorland visit and lazy river. We stayed in a 2 bed and bath villa. Room was clean and staff was great. Kitchen had all the utensils. Only 15 minutes away from Disney and 30 minutes away from Universal. Will definitely be returning."
