You’ll have access to mountain biking trails, disc golf and golf courses & hundreds of hiking trails within a short drive. It’s also close to Empower Field, Coors Field & Ball Arena. Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre is 20 minutes away, so you can easily catch a concert or just hike and explore the trails! While winding down at the house enjoy Smart TV's, Foosball, board games, books & more. Coffee & tea are provided, as well as off-street parking.

Coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, all utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, a wide variety of drinking glasses for your beverage of choice and everything in between!

Outdoor Spaces: Slider door access from the kitchen to the private back patio, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner & drinks as the sun sets! (Proper seating for 8, you can squeeze in a 9th) Stainless steel grill available for your use as well, message us with any questions. There is an ashtray for smoking outdoors, as well as an extra garbage can for your trash overflow.

- Sorry, NO college spring break groups or rowdy bachelor/bachelorette parties (We have neighbors we need to be respectful of; note our quiet hours are between 11 pm - 7 am on weekends, 9 pm - 7 am on weekdays)

- Sorry, no pets allowed unless pre-approved and paid for - shoot us a message!
- NO SMOKING INSIDE (of ANY kind, including Vapes) - please use the provided ashtrays on the back patio - Note: Colorado is extremely dry, please make sure you put out cigarettes/cigars completely before throwing in the trash to avoid fires!
- Bed linens and fresh towels are provided for each guest
- Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap are provided in each bathroom
- Hair-dryer available
- Iron & ironing board available
- Coffee & Tea (decaf included) are provided near the coffee maker

Warnings:
- There is a $1,000 fee if you throw a party - it is against our rules, period.
- If you bring an excessive amount of people, more than you booked for, there is a $200 fee per extra person. Please just be honest when you book!
- If there is evidence of smoking indoors, there is a $500 fee for any damages or extra cleaning needed.
- If kitchen appliances are horrendously messy (grease everywhere), or there is spilled food left all over the refrigerator, our cleaner charges us extra - which means we will pass those extra charges on to you. So please be mindful while cooking, and treat it like your own kitchen please!
