I do not recommend this hotel. The room smelled to humidity and cigarette. The bed mattress succumbs to your weigh. The pillows were flimsy. Our room carpet had a sticky spot as if a drink was spilled over. The bathtub had dirty feet spots. The overall aspect of the room was used and old. The lobby closes doors at 10pm. Could there be security concerns at night?

Re Model please.

Reception needs a happy pill, not rude just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Room looked like it needed a re-vamp about 7 years ago. Bessie g was clean but carpets were stained all over, fridge virtually dropping out of its cupboard and walls had many repairs and just painted over

They don't have any protein... No. Serving of eggs, all they have to eat is carbs. In junk food The only good thing to eat warm is the waffle Maker. They don't even have a microwave in the kitchen. They don't even have boil your hard eggs. They have nothing nutritional to eat

The room door was not secure. However the bathroom door did not open from the inside! My daughter was trapped until I was able to open the door from the outside. The carpeting was stained all over. We were back at the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in to return the keys! We went to Westin.

The Television in two rooms didn’t work, (we had to change) the Air condition was malfunctioning and there were loiterers around the perimeter which felt unsafe. Also, the breakfast that was promised was non-existent!
