We are located across from the Christus Spohn Hospital so very convenient for those visiting family or loved ones. We are also walking distance to Cole Park Pier and numerous restaurants and cafes. We are walking distance to a grocery stocked Family Dollar as well so you never need to leave our small neighborhood and it makes it very easy for those traveling without a car. You will love it here!

PEST CONTROL

While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. If you notice any pests, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a visit from our dedicated pest control team. We appreciate your understanding and value your comfort during your stay with us.

We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

Recommended to have a car for the area as Corpus Christi does not have an extensive bussing system, however, our property is located steps away from a local bus stop and just 1 mile away from the primary Corpus Christi bus station
