This facility appears to cater to vagrants, ex-cons, and the like. I would *not* take my family or wife there. There's one a couple miles away that is 10x nicer.

The only positive experience of this hotel is a well lighted parking lot. The rooms were in disrepair,bathroom sink loosely attached to wall, hot and cold water taps reversed,burn marks on bedding,never saw a housekeeper in our two night stay,and they kept my security deposit.

Entire property was dirty, cigarette buds everywhere, room was dirty and no box spring covers which showed the true dirt in the room. We were so disappointed but locked in to the stay. People hanging outside rooms, random cars driving through lots, it didn't feel safe either.

Travelocity should be ashamed for listing this motel. Check in took 30 minutes, very unorganized. Plus a $50. damage deposit that is not listed on the Travelocity site. The door to the room wouldn’t open so had to do a body slam to get it open (this is what the staff said to do). No refunds and no other room available. The furniture was terrible, front of drawers hanging off. The doors security lock didn’t work. We had only one bath towel, front office closed when we went to take showers. I could go on and on but the bottom line DO NOT stay here, you would be better off to sleep in your car

Thank you for your feedback. We do have onsite security 7 nights a week to assist with any noise issues, and to ensure that the only people on property are the ones who are supposed to be here.

We loved the staff, they were very nice and upbeat! We were very disappointed in the room. We got the room for the kitchenette, but there were no pots or pans. The bathroom door didn't have a handle on the inside, so we couldn't close the door. My husband had to tape the side so the kids didn't accidentally shut it and get stuck inside. The bottom of the toilet leaked and so did the pipe from the bathroom sink. The floors were a little dirty, but we were able to borrow the broom, dustpan and mop. We were very lucky that the location was very convenient.
