You need a large garbage can where the ice machine is so anything you bring back to the room you can dispose of would be nice for a vending machine

The room had a cracked window and the thermostat did not work. They sent a person to fix the issue and he placed a tape over the edge of the window which did not work and we had to keep requesting to change the room. On the third day, we were given a different room with a similar cracked window with cold air blowing in.

Disappointing

The staff were very nice and pleasant but not very well trained. The biggest disappointment was the room. Body lotion, Kleenex ti,sues, and soap were not replaced. Shower ceiling was falling down, toilet tissue holder was broken, sink would not drain, and there was no fan in the bathroom. Air conditioner also did not work. Overall, disappointing for an old but grand hotel.

Great hotel, not so great breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The room was well appointed and quiet. We had a great view of the mountains. One downside is the breakfast buffet. This is a very nice hotel, but they serve powdered eggs on the breakfast buffet, which were inedible, and the buffet is $18.00. My friend ordered off the menu, an egg croissant sandwich, which so terrible, but she complained and they took it off the bill. Other than that, the hotel is great. Staff is very friendly.
