It was a lovely facility and not too big. Very clean and quiet. Even though many events were occurring in the hotel, it never felt crowded or loud. It is right off the silver line from the airport so there’s free transportation to the hotel.

Missing luggage

Everything was great but my one gripe would be that our luggage went missing for a while and ended up in someone else’s car. We checked out around 10 am and asked if they could hold our bags for us. They said they would. When we came back 4 hours later nobody could locate them, they had put them in someone else’s car. Fortunately the person whose car it was hadn’t left Boston. We were able to retrieve our belongings. The part that was more frustrating was that nobody seemed concerned or offered any apologies.

Liked the salt water pool, nice fitness area, steam room. Restaurants in the area are pricey, but Chinatown is close-by. Across the street from T station, so easy to get around. Great staff!
