We did not get the type of room I reserved. It was a grade below, even though we paid for the deluxe. We had to ask for and pick up clean towels, TP, trash bags, etc. It was a very basic room

I do apologize for the lack of in-room service during your stay. Since the beginning of the pandemic, our housekeeping staff does not enter a guest's room during their stay to prevent cross-contamination. However, having consulted our records, you did receive the room type you requested in your reservation, a double queen room that is upgraded to include a refrigerator and microwave. I'm not certain what else you may have expected, but the presence of those appliances in the room is what the upgrade provides.

Location, friendly staff and breakfast was great. They have Indoor Swimming area with a hot tub and outdoor pool available for the seasons.
