I do apologize for the lack of in-room service during your stay. Since the beginning of the pandemic, our housekeeping staff does not enter a guest's room during their stay to prevent cross-contamination. However, having consulted our records, you did receive the room type you requested in your reservation, a double queen room that is upgraded to include a refrigerator and microwave. I'm not certain what else you may have expected, but the presence of those appliances in the room is what the upgrade provides.

Thanks you for your comments. Sorry we had to do some repairs on the pool while you here. I know it is inconvenient for our guests, but we have to do this to maintain safety.
