I booked 5 rooms total across 2 reservations b/c hotels.com would not let me book two different lengths of stay on one reservation. That was a tad annoying, but as for the property, they read my request (zero entry to room due to older folks traveling, a couple rooms needed pet friendly, and sets of rooms located near one another) and accommodated. The rooms were as expected and all was good except the AC kept kicking off and on rather than running steady, which may have disrupted sleep a little. All in all it was a great experience for our extended family - breakfast nook had plenty of seating and several choices - not very low-carb, but that did not seem to bother too many in our group. I would definitely book here again as they were friendly and accommodated my requests.

Unpleasant stay and I think because I used a third party to make my reservation, they gave us the lowest level room. It was literally the lowest level and I don’t mean just on the ground floor. We were in the back building, ground floor, the backside of the building overlooking trees and shrubs and dumpster. It was very obvious there were other rooms. We have stayed here before and did not experience this. I reported one morning 3 things that we noticed in our room…I really don’t like to complain but after getting the room we got I did not want to put up with the other things. So we were leaving for the day and thot I’d let them know 3 of the issues. #1 the A/C would turn off by itself. The first time was middle of the night so the room got WARM…76°…too warm for sleeping. #2 the bathtub faucet dripped constantly. #3 the TV remote did not work properly…all of the buttons did not work. When I stopped by the office I was very, very nice and polite and even spoke softly. There was a man standing there and even acted as if he knew what I was talking about and said he would go to the room and take care of the things. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done. And we were gone ALL DAY! I really think they had no intentions of assisting us since we did not book through them. We have had similar experiences in other hotels because we usually use a third party. In these days and times you have to save where you can. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again!

The AC was a little annoying as it would not keep a fan going steady but rather cycled off and on such that we found disruptive for sleep, but otherwise we had very satisfactory rooms. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good, altho we would have appreciated some low carb options.

The hotel is on the main drag, but we did not hear any road noise. The water is HOT which makes for a good shower. Housekeeping emptied our trash and brought us more towels while we were out. We had a loveseat in our Deluxe King room. We appreciated the extra seating. It is an older hotel with no frills which accounts for the reasonable price.

Water from the ac unit kept leaking on the floor in the room. I reported it but nothing was done. I ask housekeeping to clean room and change sheets one day and they made the bed and left visibly dirty sheets on bed. Other than that our stay was fine.

The rims in the main building are getting worn. While the size is good, furnishings and floors need redone. Breakfast is good unless you are looking for low carb. They offer very little for you. Staff is friendly. We stay here because they allow pets.

It was okay. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of marijuana smoke. Towels were less than adequate. Blankets so thin you could almost see through them. Beds were VERY hard.
