We spent two nights at the Gazebi Inn the end of this week. The inn is old but priced right and very handy to everything in Branson. The rooms were clean. The two double beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not fancy but was adequate. Biscuits and gravy, fresh made waffles and bagels and toast with packaged fruit salad and mandarin oranges. Four types of fruit juice. This may be the best value in Branson. We loved it.

The room didn’t look anything like the photos. The room was tidy but not clean. My friend spilled water on the floor and when she wiped it up the tissue was black. There was a popped water blister on the ceiling above the tub and the paint was all dried and cracked. The bath towels were very small and worn thin. The door frame in the bathroom had a chunk of wood missing from it and patches on the wall with no paint and the continental breakfast was barley edible. I will never make a reservation there again.

The breakfast menu is very limited, no eggs. Difficulty entering & leaving the property because of hilly terrain, also getting in and out of the car because of the terrain unless you are in the 2nd. building. Proximity to many attractions is very convenient.

The bed is sunken in on both sides of the king bed. The hot breakfast had a flavorless “gravy” to put on stale biscuits. They he’d no meat for protein. The safety bar in the bathtub was not attached and pulled out of the wall when I tried to use it to stand up in the tub. The office manager’s response was that the people that stayed there before didn’t say anything and the breakfast was free.

Got to room and key card didnt work. Got in room after having to go back to office. Turned tv on, didnt work, went to use phone to call front desk and it didnt work. Called them on cell phone and was told you have to push a button on the side of tv or under, she wasnt really sure. Mist tvs turn in with remote. I acouldnt find button so i asked someone come to help and was told" be there i a little while!" Spilled water on floor and used a hand towel to clean it and towel was dark gray when done, floor was filthy!!!

There we were…4 generations of us, having a whirlwind vacation in Branson! While the many shows & shops & restaurants are a huge part of a vacation experience, where you stay (to relax, to unwind, to lay your head down at night) is THE most important aspect of any time spent away from your own home & bed! Not only was the low cost of staying at this hotel unbelievable, but the ENTIRE experience was phenomenal! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, & safely secure. My 83yo father slept peacefully each night (that’s saying something)…my daughter had no problem finding a parking space directly in front of our room, no matter the time of day or night…my 13yo grandson loved the waffles…& the biscuits w/gravy…& the cereal & eggs…& the fruit cups & danish…apparently, the choices he had each morning for breakfast were endless (like his teenage appetite)… As for myself…having breakfast included for all of us, on top of the extremely affordable room rates…well…let’s just say, “Cha-ching…extra $hopping money for ME! I can’t leave out the amazing staff!!! The women at the front desk made checking in & out a breeze! They even helped with my frantic phone call when we found ourselves coming a day earlier than expected! Actually, “frantic” doesn’t quite describe the ledge I was on at the time… Basically (although there was nothing “basic” about it) we had a great time in Branson…& we could NOT have done it without the SPECTACULAR hotel we will now ALWAYS stay at when traveling there!

Rooms need updating. Tub/shower poor condition, dirty looking. Beds lumpy, worn out. Breakfast, no meats served. Very crowded. Sidewalk area dirty & sticky. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Overall, facilities need updating/renovating.

Do yourself a favor and ask to see the room before you get your keys. It's very dated which I could live with but the baseboards were covered in dust and behind the tables were awful. Under the hvac hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time as well. The bed sheets were wrinkled and appeared to have been reused from the prior guests. And the best part...the room was full of fleas! I appreciate allowing pets but come on.

We are not really picky people but the Room was just okay. When we arrived they had to change the bedding as there was hair on pillow case & sheet. Room was cleaned/refreshed some days but not others and not as it should have been. Air conditioner leaked onto and across the floor. Bed was not very comfortable. Workers were very friendly and polite though. Sorry to say but we will find somewhere else to stay next time. It's a very cute place but our room, at least, needed upgraded in a very bad way.
