This is a beautiful historic hotel that has been beautifully kept. The service is phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a note for anyone who has difficulty walking a bit of a distance: the north wing requires going up to the 2nd floor and walking through a skywalk to get to the newer section of the hotel. I only mention this because we tried helping an elderly couple find their room and the gentleman had a very difficult time walking the distance to get there and unfortunately it is the only way to get to some rooms. Other than that, great location a block from Pearl Street mall, impeccable service, and beautiful rooms!

Since attending CU in the late 70's early 80's, I've missed brunch at the Boulderado and have wanted to stay there. I've finally retired and am back in Colorado. This was on my bucket list, so I went to a dance performance and stayed in one of the historic rooms. I had no street noise, or even people noise on my floor. I had a very nice angled view of the flatirons. I was above the HVAC system, but it was a good white noise at night. Lovely amenities.
