Close proximity to Boston and the Cape. 5 bedrooms including a first floor guest room with an en suite bathroom with a shower. An open living area, chef's kitchen, gas fireplace and a 9' x 32' deck overlooking the ocean complete the first floor. Second floor has 3 additional bedrooms, laundry room and a full bath. The Primary Bedroom is also located on the second floor and features a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom complete with heated floors, a soaking tub overlooking the ocean and a freestanding shower with rain shower head & body sprays. Total Square Footage is 2,700 SF.
