It seems in need of a remodel. Hallways had stained carpet and shower ceiling was crumbling. Restaurant was ok and convenient, staff super nice. Appreciate shuttle to airport!!

The room was very clean and bigger than explained. The staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgable. The function I attended was great. The waitstaff couldnt do enough for you! Highly recommend this hotel

Don't do it

We stayed for less than 12 hours. Very outdated, dark and claustrophobic feeling room. The smell was musty, in the room and in the halls, everything was extremely dark. Would absolutely never recommend or stay at another best western after our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the condition of the hotel is not their doing.

The room was way too small for two people.

Pros: breakfast and the location to boston was excellent.
Cons: the size of the room and the bed way too small.
the hotel itself is very nice. The breakfast is wonderful. However, the particular room that I booked was extremely small for two people. It did not even have a bathtub. Even the bed seemed extra small.

Okay for a quick overnight

Pros: Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good
Cons: Update lobby and try to get the musty smell out of the rooms.
Location: n/a
We got in super late and the front desk was very nice. Although we had booked for 2 adults and 2 children, our room did not include linens for the pull out bed, so I had to go back down to get them. Room smelled a bit moldy. The lobby was much more pleasing in the day time, as was the room. All in all, it was okay. We stayed another night at another hotel closer to the airport, paid less and had a much nicer room.
