Do not stay here
I expected a simple, warm, and clean one bedroom unit to rest for the evening for an affordable price. What I found was a run-down, cold, and uncomfortable shack for 3x the listed price. There was no smoke detectors, no central heating, and no hot water. Even the toilet paper was half-ply. The futon and chairs had large stains and there were no extra blankets provided for additional guests or sheets for the futon. For the same price, you can stay at the luxury hotel down the street which has everything this unit does not have, plus a fire place. The only nice things I have to say is that the location is great and the check-in process easy (except for the broken Google drive link provided for the check in information) but both can also be said about any of the hotels on the same block. I will not be staying here again, and recommend no one should if they don’t want hypothermia in the winter.

My husband and I stayed and found it to fit us just fine. We needed quick and close to town lodging and this fit the bill :) The host Adrian was very helpful and timely in response to questions. We would stay again. :)

I will never be staying here again. This unit was either not cleaned or poorly cleaned and lacked the basics. The bedding had thick white marks all over the inside of the comforter and sheets. The pillows for the sofa bed were stained and didn’t even have pillow cases, and the entire sofa bed was covered in stains. We were not provided sheets for the sofa bed. More importantly, the unit had no central heating and it was 50 degrees inside the unit when we arrived. We were shivering all night. There was no extra toilet paper. It took the host a full day for someone to come and bring us an extra space heater and blankets and TP. I will be disputing the charges as there was a cleaning fee that clearly doesn’t mean anything. This was the worst rental I’ve ever stayed in. I would’ve left but I couldn’t find a last minute accommodation.

Basic needs; close to town
Our stay here was great! It had everything we needed to stay as a small family. I loved that there was a bed and couch. I also loved that they had showered needs. I think they could invest in some coverage blinds (I asked for sheets to cover as blinds) and some extra towels because we went to the lake. Also I needed to place my extra towels I brought on the stairs because my service dogs couldn’t walk on the stairs. But overall a very successful spot to stay at. Bring extra towels;blankets;pillows. I’d stay here again for the price that I paid.

Big bear vacay
This cabin is so cute and right in the heart of the village. We were able to do a short 10 minute walk to the village where enjoyed amazing food and drinks. The only thing is they do need to have more towels only 2 in the cabin and extra blankets on hand. But all in all this cabin was so awesome we will definitely stay here again.
