"Front desk was not helpful. Elevator wasn't working so had to haul luggage up three flights of stairs. Couldn't get into the stairs cause my sister checked in early. Even though I made the reservstion and she checked in they wouldn't give me a key. It was late and they tried calling her. She didn't answer. So when I was able to get ahold of her to answer, she wasn't willing to call her back. Terrible noise in the heater when it would kick on. Didnt know parking was going to cost."

"Everything went well with check in but we were awakened early in the morning by loud construction noises right above our room! A very unpleasant wake-up call! The complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about either. The buffet was out of many items and this was over an hour before the end of breakfast service."

"No microwave in my room. No bathroom exhaust fan. Thermostat would not go from cool to heat, only temp up and down, causing it to be very humid in our room, poor ventilation in our room, had to sleep with tiny window open listening to police sirens and gun shots all night. Valet attendant was very pushy about getting my car keys, even when we were just trying to load vehicle and leave. 57 dollars is outrageous for parking."
