"We booked 3 nights in the Homewood and when we checked in on the first night, we were required to stay at the Hampton instead, as no rooms were available. We then had to “check out” the next day and check back into the Homewood, where our original reservation was. It was a horrible experience. Ruined a portion of our day as we were waiting to sort this out. Staff pushed us to just stay at the Hampton the whole time (not acceptable as that hotel did not have the amenities and room that we specifically chose with our Homewood reservation) OR tried to encourage us to just leave our belongings with bellhop for the day and check in to our “new” room later. This was also not an acceptable option as we knew we wouldn’t get back to the hotel until likely after 11pm at night. There was no way we were leaving for the day, without knowing for sure we’d have a room to come back to. Very disappointing experience."

"Clean room and great location, a 5-6 min walk to the convention center. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the Little Owl coffee shop at the ground floor makes excellent coffee! I got the smallest room kind which was nice but very, small---think APA Hotel Tokyo. The room also has that design where the sink is out in the open instead of the bathroom, which I'm not a fan of. Another con is that the mini-fridge is very small and since it's already filled with the minibar items, it's hard to store my own items like drinks/snacks I bought myself. Otherwise the gym is pretty decent and the hotel looks very cool and futuristic!"
