I checked in at around 1:00 am due to hassles with travel to the hotel. The front desk person seemed to feel put out by my check. He completed the check in with minimal effort at customer service. There were several maintenance issues with the room. It was also the handicap room. Though I appreciate consideration to my needs, I did need a handicap accessible room. The cost of parking using valet was required due to the location, increasing the cost to the patron was $60.00 higher than price indicated on the hotels.com website
