Good stay for our one night. Water pressure was below average for shower. Breakfast was excellent! Elevators very slow! When I checked out I expressed frustration with elevators and was told “I was the first person to complain,” which was not true as every guest I spoke with was frustrated. Women at front desk didn’t care and wasn’t willing to take note.

Bad for business

Hotel manager called me as I was in route to Jax to check in and took my payment over the phone. Upon arrival I was told that my balcony suite was no longer available and they made me reservation at another hotel. Went to the other hotel but no reservation was made. After 4 hours It was right at midnight before my wife and I was able to check in to the Hampton Inn which was a lower end hotel. Due to the time I had to make arrangements with a relative so that my son could have somewhere to sleep.

When I arrived to my room I can tell the room really haven’t been cleaned. There was a blanket that was left in the room hair in the tub, sink, and the commode. The bed wasn’t made and it was hair on the bed. The amount that they charge they should be on point. This my first time ever experiencing The embassy in this worst case or condition. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

This is the worst Embassy I have ever experienced. The room was outdated & dirty. The staff was rude. There were kids running wild throughout the hotel the entire weekend. They advertise the suites to have balconies but you can’t access the actual balcony.

Overall the stay was good, great location very helpful and friendly staff. The tile floor in the kitchen area in the room and the bathroom were sticky and I had to clean it myself. Also toilet dirty was dirty had poop stains on flushing button. The beds were very comfy, the room setup is very nice how it is a suite. The breakfast was AMAZING the omellettes were so good!!! They did not have pens and peper in the room needed them for work. I would stay there again.
