Great facility, location, restaurant, staff, view, etc. Only complains: 1) Need to ask for slippers and robes 2) The mattress in my room needs to be replaced. Squeeky, too soft, loss of sleep, and left me with a sore back after i was eventually able to fall asleep.

Courteous staff. Very clean room. The reason for 4 stars is when boiling water for tea the lights flickered - too many plugs in one socket. I plugged kettle in socket on other side of room, which meant placing kettle on floor.
