We booked a superior king room; the room looked nothing like the photo here on Expedia. This was totally misrepresented. Prepaid on Expedia, but charged a $20 destination fee at checkout. Valet was $45 for overnight parking. Dated, dingy, dark, dreary. Paper-thin walls; you can every word of every conversation in the rooms next door. Overal, very disappointed. Staff was pleasant and walkable location to downtown and Short North.

Misleading don’t believe everything you reads
The photos on hotels.com are misleading. Our room didn’t look like the photos on the site. Also the room wasn’t ready until a few minutes after check in time. This hotel didn’t offer room service and the valet parking was a joke. When we first pulled in , there were cars coming out the same way which was confusing, so we had to drive around the block until the valet entrance was clear. We definitely won’t be visiting and Sonesta hotels ever again.

I know it is common to not provide room service daily anymore . But having to ask for it during a week stay is bothersome. Offering no service, every other day or daily could give customers options.

I enjoy staying at this property because of it's location next to the convention center, the only downside in my opinion is that the don't comp parking.
