From the moment I came in to the end of my stay, many aspects were above the expectations. The staff was outstanding. A bit of improvement is needed in the food category; simply the printed menu and the supplies that the kitchen/bar had to work with were not the same, through no fault of the kitchen/bar emplyees.

Check-in went well two very personable men! We receive our room key and head to the elevator the area is very clean. We get to the third floor and immediately the smell of marijuana smacks us in the face as the elevator door opens, the entire hallway is consumed by the smell. We made our way to our room, open the door and the smell is still there. If I had my 16 month old with us we would have been immediately checking out to avoid her getting a contact high. The next morning we are attempting to check out as the two women who should be checking us out are sitting at a table behind us gossiping. Once they ended their gossip session one of them came to check us out. Next, we attempted to order at the bistro but the same two women were to be running that as well apparently, and we just decided to get coffee elsewhere so they could continue their conversation and not be bothered by guests trying to access the services the hotel offers.

Uncomfortable Bed

The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable! It's time to replace the mattress. When you can feel the springs ittime for a new one and put mattress pads on top is not cutting it my back killed every night...all 3 nights!!!😔

Overpriced mediocre hotel.

1st nite I had ro call the front desk at 11PM and 11:30PM...young kids raising hell in room next to mine. They finally quieted around midnight. Next nite they started in at 1am. Managemebt came up, spoke with the parents...now I have parents yelling at the kids to quiet down. Finally stopped about 2am. The mirror on the closet door was covered with some kind of over spray, probably hairspray. The patio slider door had not been cleaned in forever. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre (Starbuck). I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were nice and friendly, the pool was great my kiddos loved it. The rooms were nice the beds are comfortable and soft, my husband really loved the patio. Overall all it was a good place to stay! We’ll be back soon!

Our room was less than clean! The bathroom sink constantly backed up and left sediment several times a day. Our sliding door screen was full of holes, one was the size of a small box. The screen also fell out of the door track and we found it leaning against the outdoor chair. The pool had leaves and used bandaids floating in it, too.

I did not receive housekeeping service the whole week. The floor and fridge were old and dirty. The elevator was out near my room, so access to the room was tough. The man who checked me in was rude and talked so fast I couldn’t understand him. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in.
