I liked the concept, but the room was not laid out as shown and the sheets on the fold out sofa were full of crumbs from previous guests. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said no, but housekeeping came into our room anyways. Not a major issue, but not as we wanted. The staff were very nice and breakfast was perfect. Most likely will not return.

We were extremely happy with our first stay here. The parking was free and super convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was great with lots of choices. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again for any event in the arena district.

Do not recommend the Hyatt in Columbus

When arriving we were told that we would have a queen size bed as opposed to the king that we had booked 2 months ago. After a discussion we were able to have a king bed. The heating and cooling did not work well. The bed was lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no hand held spray for the shower, requiring a women to have to get hair wet if one wanted to take a shower. There was only one sink.

The hotel had great communication regarding our reservation. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. They offered a reasonable variety for breakfast, which was very busy seeing how it was a holiday. (Easter Sunday) They do have a small selection of items for sale as well as a small bar onsite. We did not use the pool, which was very busy with families and children, again holiday weekend, nor did we dine at their restaurant. Overall it was well kept, very nice, great staff, quiet location, and provided free covered parking.
