Genuinely the best hotel experience I’ve had in years! Booked a room based on the really good reviews I saw and I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room as well as the entire hotel were very clean and the continental breakfast was phenomenal. Super convenient location. Very close to the airport, and within 10 minutes of Franklin Park Conservatory.

The location made it easy to get to Ohio State campus for move in and it was close to airport and Easton for shopping. The room was super quiet, clean and the toiletries were great. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the lavazza coffee. Pricing was reasonable.

This was probably the nicest hotel. I have stayed in in the last couple years. Everything was clean, nice on you, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

No Shampoo in Shower and a number of Electri Outle

Hotel staff very friendly. However room was very small and too small for a King bed. No shampoo in shower container so had to wash my hair with regular soap. A number of electric outlets in the room did not work. Also a lot of road noise even late at night. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
