I loved everything about the hotel and the room. The pull-out couch is not comfortable and so don’t plan on using it for sleep. Otherwise, you will love this hotel, staff, amenities, parking and location.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the large room with a full kitchen and sitting area. The beds weren't "like home" but they were decent. The only issue we really had was the heat kept turning up on it's own. We had to keep getting up to adjust it. So you were either sweating or freezing. I know that staffing is an issue with all businesses but we did have a longer wait because there was no one at the front desk for about ten minutes when we arrived and when we took our key card down to check out the staff member seemed annoyed that we took her from her cellphone to hand it to her. Breakfast was absolutely awful. Extremely dried up turkey sausage links, dry scrambled eggs and potatoes. We actually threw it out.

The room was in great condition and the service was exceptional! I really appreciated the free breakfast that came with my reservation. The only downside was that the shower booth in my 1 bed room was not the easiest to use. The water kept leaking through the door and I had to constantly have towels on the floor. Considering the amount I paid for this reservation, this was not a dealbreaker at all.

The staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. They had run out of sausages, yogurt and most of the fruit. The melon was cut into huge pieces that I had to re-cut into a suitable bite-sizes. Periodically I returned to see if the stock was replenished, but it never was. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Great Hotel! Very clean. Staff were very accommodating. I got a room with king bed and I was very spacious. Good size bathroom as well. My room had a beautiful view of the river behind the hotel. Also this hotel is a six minute drive to Ohio State hospital.
