Room cold and could not turn off air conditioner. Couldn’t sleep well due to air conditioner was noisy, tried to tell the rude front desk staff the next morning but I was cut off and no apology was given or anything to try to help. Will NEVER stay there

Super friendly and helpful front desk folks. Room was spotless. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Great breakfast with nice variety. Would be nice to have some fresh bananas. Also would prefer some plain bottled half and half; not just the flavored. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Tru is so clean! Loved that. Staff great. Sound attenuation not great, can hear people in hall and in other rooms. The free breakfast as actually delicious, eggs good, a pancake making machine that’s cool, had pumpkin spice pancakes. Also kielbasa, granola, bagels etc.coffee good too.
