Amazing customer service. Room was very clean and I love that housekeeping always makes sure you have clean sheets and towels. I also love that our dog stays for free. I will continue my stay at motel 6 as long as I can.

The fridge had some kind of brown substance on the bottom and the freezer had old ice cream that had mold and look like its been in the freezer for a while but other then that the room was okay and the beds where not comfortable but okay. The staff was okay too but I couldn’t understand the staff on what he was talking to me about when I checked in to the room.

Room was not very clean, walls were beat up, floor was breaking apart in bathroom and in cracks of room, hairdryer was missing, not that we would have showered there because shower was filthy, but there was no bath soap/ shampoo provided. our bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty with stains, and we didn’t even have any blankets. We had 2 very thin sheets and a flat sheet. Other visitors were very loud banging stuff around all night long .

This motel is great

My wife and I got into Columbus at 9:00 AM on a plane. After flying all night we were tired. This motel let us into our room a little after 12:00 instead of the scheduled time of 2:00. We were very grateful.
