Bottles of Shampoo and Body was were empty. I was contactes about how my stay was going and informed them about it. They got them refilled but the body wash pump didnt work. The lady at the front desk in the mornings was rude. It was like I was bothering her when I checked out. She acted like it took all her energy just to talk.

I usually pick a Hampton Inn, as it is my favorite chain in this price range. However, this room was a bit tired. One of the bottom sheets had a tear in it, the bath mat also had a tear, and the heating unit sounded like a diesel truck engine idling whenever it kicked on. My husband usually thinks their breakfast is better than most, but he did not go down this time.
