This seems like a hotel that has been forgotten by Hilton. The rooms were lacking, but the breakfasts were terrible. Most of the breakfast wasn't available and when we tried to get the person responsible to restock, she made sure we knew she didn't speak English and blew us off. What they serve for eggs is nearly impossible to stomach. The front staff was mostly very friendly, but one morning the dining area was 62 degrees, according to their thermostat, and the girl at the desk said nothing could be done. This was our second time staying here. We should have known better after the first time. We won't make that mistake again.

This was my birthday trip for me and my sister and two friends. Check in was fine. We picked this property for its convenience to Easton and because they had a hot tub. We got to our room on Friday and unloaded and headed out for dinner. We returned back and went to take showers and the floor in the entry and bathroom was disgusting. It was so dirty and sticky. Our shoes kept sticking to the floor. We all got in bed and couldn’t believe how hard and broke down and squeaky the mattresses were!! It was awful. None of us slept. I fell asleep at 3:30 and everyone was up by 5:30 am!! When we got up every single one of us had a horrible backache from the horrendous beds. We went downstairs to the front desk to talk to them to see what we could do about the beds. We waited for 15 minutes to talk to someone and she said she would see what she could do. We left for the day. We were all so exhausted from not sleeping the night before that we were back at 5:30. The only bright spot in our stay was Francisco! He was the front desk manager on duty. Turns out all of the beds are the same. He apologized and we asked him if he could give us a refund. He could not give it without the permission of the gm who wasn’t there. So instead we went and spent 160.00 each to buy a mattress topper to Make the beds sleepable so we could even drive home! We picked this hotel specifically because it said it had hot tub. It turns they do not and the pool was closed. Worst stay ever!

2nd time staying here- great location for a Columbus visit, lots of restaurants around. Affordable, good area and seemed safe- I saw security cameras in the parking lots and it was well lit at night, so I wasn't concerned with car break-ins that other Columbus hotel reviews have noted in recent months. Also room was quiet, bed was very comfortable, just an enjoyable stay overall. 1 of the 2 elevators wasn't working so it took a little longer to go between floors but wasn't terrible. Overall I just really like this hotel and it's now my go-to when staying in the area.

Arrived just after 3; room not ready. Waited 30 minutes, then they asked if we really needed the handicapped room - NO, we did not request a handicapped room. So the wait was unwarranted. Then one of the elevators broke on the first floor - sensing this, the other elevator could not be called to the first floor. It would only open when people were getting off the elevator. There was no signage warning people on the upper floors. Finally, the refrig was set so cold that everything froze. Had to throw out leftovers and soda.

I called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be coming around 9:00 pm. That wasn’t a problem since late night was 12:00 am. I got there closer to 9:30 pm and there was plenty of parking. The lady who helped me was very kind and helpful. She asked if the fourth floor was fine and I said yes. The lobby floor needed vacuumed but maybe they didn’t get to there nightly tasks. I got to my room and the door was not shut completely which raised concern. I walked in and looked around for anyone who might be there but no one was there. I pushed the door shut and noticed the door was not plum which was the reason for not shutting properly. The bolt lock was loose and there were scrapes on the door where it may have hit the bolt lock. I managed to get the door shut and locked the door lock. When I turned around the Roman shade was not properly hanging. One of the cords must have been broken so the one side was up and the other side was down. And lastly in the bathroom I noticed a shelving unit on the bathroom floor under the sink. It looked like it needed to be hung up or something. The blowdryer had two settings — low and off. I did call the front desk and the lady along with the maintenance man came right away. I told them that is what I found and I didn’t want to be charged for these items that were already in place when I got there. She assured me I would not get charged and I’m sure I didn’t get charged for the incidentals. One of the less favorable stays.

This hotel has a horrible reputation of cars being broken into. Have asked to speak w/ manager multiple times, still haven’t been able to after calling multiple times. Reached out to head Hilton company; they said this hotel claimed everything was “taken care of”. It wasn’t. My checkout date was changed, notes in the hotel’s computer system were changed…&..I never stayed here, therefore, nothing should have been changed. I have gone back and forth with the third party booker and this hotel on refunding at least 2 out of 3 nights, since I didn’t even stay there one night. Non-cooperative.
