Charming Arvada Home - Walking distance to Olde Town

"We had 2 different groups from the same family. One group sleeping in basement and the other on the second floor was a nice separation. We were so happy with the split levels, the smart tv’s, and excellent secure WiFi. We were able to watch separate channels in 3 different family rooms. A mini blind or lace curtains in the window over the sink in kitchen would have helped, the rising sun was blinding when making coffee and breakfast. We will look for this property next time we come out this way."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, and the location was great for all of the sightseeing we had planned. We spent most of our days out exploring, so we didn’t have as much time at the house as we might have otherwise. We were especially grateful to have coffee available each morning. We also appreciated having three king-size beds, which was a great feature for our group. One of the bedrooms was a little tight for moving around, but overall there was plenty of room to comfortably accommodate more than six guests. This was the first time we had experienced a “walk-through” of the property, which was a little different from what we were accustomed to. We did have a few questions during our stay and reached out to the host, but unfortunately did not receive a response. We did, however, have communication from the host both before and after our stay.As a group of seniors, we would have appreciated having a more comfortable gathering space where everyone could sit together and relax and chat, rather than primarily gathering around the dining table on the main floor. That said, this was not a major issue for us since we were out enjoying the area for most of the day.Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciated the cleanliness, location, and spaciousness of the home."

"Everything was great except one thing. I was in Denver to a lung specialist and the house was overloaded with plug ins and it was way to strong for us. I had to either turn them down or unplugged them. Thank you for the stay, we enjoyed the beautiful house!"
