"The hotel room was clean and quiet, yet I did run into a hiccup with the staff. I had received emails at 1:20am notifying me that I have signed up for the Best Western rewards program and information has been updated on my account. I have never opened nor given permission for someone to open an awards account in my name. I immediately called the customer service line and they were able to close the account for me. Before closing the account, the customer service person informed me there was a lot of personal information on the account. It makes me wonder how much information the check in clerk stole from me to open the account. I will never stay at a Best Western again!"
