The power went out as i was registering for the stay. Staff made sure i could leave my information and they emtered it when power came on. During the te the power was off lighting was provided in the stair wells amd everyone made sure we were all taken care of.

Great location, and I usually have a good experience here — that’s why I keep coming back. However, during my last stay, the power went out throughout the entire hotel for several hours, which was a major inconvenience. What made it worse was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Truly disappointing.

Staff were all very nice, had continental breakfast, light dinner and drinks that were all included. Very clean and very accommodating!

Power Outage

Westminster (city)lost power, so it presented it's own problems. The staff were really busy and helpful. The key cards still worked, not a good to be on the top floor, but we had already taken our luggage up earlier. After an hour or so the power to the bathrooms was restored...nice touch. After ? Another hour full power was restored.
