The room was not very clean and the maid did not come in at all in three days to give me more coffee, soap, shampoo or pick up trash and replace plastic cups. Not really your fault but there were some sketchy people hanging around and staying at your hotel.

Unsatisfied

Staff said they would contact booking site for a refund. One of the beds was unusable, tv and remote did not work. floor had food from other visitors still on floor.

The rooms are very comfortable.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
I found it odd that during a holiday weekend they would be working on the pool & hottub. We were unable to use it due to this.

A bit dated

We stayed at this place back in 2009, and in 2012 it hasn't changed a bit. That's not a great thing, as it was in pretty frayed condition back then. Do any hotels still have 19" tube TV's? Yes. An update is in order. Real nice folks, though, and that's always a plus.

The stay was good.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
The only thing that concerned me was the room was a little musty when we arrived. We turned the air conditioner down and the humidity was gone. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

dirty room

The room was not that clean. The pool was ok, paint coming off walls in the pool area though. The breakfast was on time and had an average assortment.

This hotel was very friendly and conviently located to shopping in Westminster.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
I came to this hotel because I live 2 and 1/2 hours away from the area I needed to do some shopping and I would be able to get an early start after spending the night there. I was looking for something that would be comfortable for me and my two young girls. We found this hotel and it provided just what we needed (a continental breakfast, swimming pool, and restaurants near by). The only issue I had was that the walls seemed thin and I could hear the noises coming from the hallway.
