No wi-fi, no towels or room service for 5 days and they said that 3 employees quit and they would not discount for no service, out of milk for breakfast, room clock not working, trash on elevator floor, landscaping full of weeds, mildew in shower, nuff said. Not a good experience!

We have travelled a lot recently. i wont be negative but one staff member was cussing up a storm while patrons were in the lobby. The pool did seem extra dark green so we did not go swimming. Usually hotels provide the shampoo , conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms. I know its not required, however the bottles were there just empty. It was quiet and peaceful and right on the corner of a highway exit so very easy to get out and travel. Good food options in the area. Lots of activities to do. There were also @ very helpful and happy employees , a young man one morning and Saturday morning an Absolute Kind and helpful front desk women.

First walk in and lobby looks like a dungeon and a bad dream from the 80’s - dim flickering lights, stuffy and dingy. Long check in process. Small elevators, dirty floors in hallways. Rooms are very dated and old - only plus was clean sheets and AC worked great! Food was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever had. The other reviews are 100% false. Location even isn’t great. Staff were not helpfully at all. Pool was out of service and the pool chairs looked old and about to break. Hot tub didn’t even have water in it. Horrible experience. Dining tables were not maintained during breakfast.

Needs some customer service couching

The night desk lady was very professional the day desk lady needs some coaching in customer service. The cleaning crew was very helpful but needs to learn English, I am an immigrant, from Germany and it’s a lot better when you can talk to people and answer back in their language of the country you are living in and working in. The rooms need some updating , the hairdryer didn’t work, but the hotel was very quiet which is important to me.

It's conveniently located right off the main highway into Downtown Denver and the Airport; also convenient to highway to Boulder. Hotel needs upgrading especially in dining area and also in rooms (no overhead lights in main area of room) but the staff was helpful and pleasant!
