I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel, the elevator was broken and we stayed at the second floor, getting back and forth from our car with two kids and a bunch of luggage was a pain, the room needs deep cleaning, the chair had stains all over, and the carpet had sticky areas.

Very disappointed in both the hotel and Travelocity on this stay. The room was not ready when it was check in time to start. The employee at the desk claimed he tried to contact me, but no call or email was ever sent. Room was very small for the price. Hotel was advertised as having a hot tub and pool. Nope! Travelocity should vet the hotels so that when searches are made, they are accurate. Staff was overall pleasant, but seemed distracted. Pool was open, but very cold for an indoor pool. Breakfast buffet was as bad as could be. Juices were in incorrectly marked. Just bad.

Checkin was ridiculous. Person at front desk spent 30 min w person in front of us trying to get her a deal on a room - when we finally got to check our reservation we were handed 2 bottles of water our keys and pointed down the hall. No info about breakfast pool fitness center or even a welcome to hotel. Room was filthy / hair on sheets bathroom was literally falling apart - towel rack hanging off wall. Pillows were yellow and stained and stunk. This place should not even have the hilton name attached. Would not recommend.

Nice Change

Everything about this stay was on point. From the staff members being super nice and helpful, to the really great breakfast, and the room accommodations - definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at
