Female Desk clerk was rude! Bathtub was filthy, Bathtub didn’t drain. Property is poorly maintained! We have stayed there a year or so ago & it was fine! But the property is really starting to show signs of no upkeep! The price isn’t too expensive - but you truly get what you pay for! Cheap, Dirty & unkept!

Blood splatters on the shower wall and curtain, used napkins in the nightstand, mystery sticky stain on the floor that smelt like urine, constant in and out foot traffic, what sounded like a party loud music playing, refusal of refund. I have so many more pictures of everything as proof of all of this stuff they will only let me post 8 of them. Absolutely inexcusable and a biohazard.

I got to the hotel and they gave me one room went to the door and it was not clean and had a weird smell. I went down to complain and they gave me a second room and the lady told me it was clean and ready. Got to the second room and it was worse. Bed stain's, dirty carpet, stains on the tv stands, water stains on the sealing and walls, fire alarm broken, microwave was disgusting and refrigerator had bugs inside. Right away I went back to show the receptionist pictures of everything and told her I was not staying in this hotel. Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Had to make last minute reservations at a different hotel.

Accommodations were not was on the website. Our room was in a separate building, dirty carpet in the room that I found pills behind headboard, minimal electrical outlets available to charge more than one electronic device. No fridge was available in the room. Sketchy people stayed at this hotel (homeless or substance users). Breakfast was not maintained available either shortage of food due to homeless walking in to serve themselves or staff was not available to keep up with breakfast bar.

I got a double charge for one night booking , then I called the representative to explain what happened. He transferred my phone to his co-worker, so I’d been waited for 20 mins, then his co-worker picked up phone. But I just asked her to check my case, and she dropped off phone immediately. After that, I called back again and had been waited for over 30mins but nobody solved this issue

Ok were do i start well first n formost i give this hotel 10 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Down!!!. I checked in La Quinta Hotel room 384 and it was disgustingly filthy! Took pictures went back down to the front deskclerk remale did not want to see the pictures instead give attitude and gives me another room which was just as bad !! I then take pictures of this room and go back downstairs to show her those pictures she totally ignored me and told me to literally get out!! At this point i was so exausted from the traveling and highly upset! I want my money back! She continued to tell me to pick it up with expedia! Im totally livid and I WANT MY DANM MONEY BACK!I am pursuing this with corporate for La Quinta by Wyndham and i will get my money back. PERIOD! PICTURES AS FOLLOW. MRS LISA LUCERO!

Hair drier falling off the wall, sink stopper broken, shower heat lamp/fan inoperable because knob is missing. Breakfast until 9 a.m., but some food not available after 8:30. Four night stay. No room service 2nd day, and one day just laced 3 bath towels on the bed. Done with LaQuinta. Formally one of our favorites.

This property shows a misleading photo of what the rooms look like on the Expedia website. It was drab and not colorful like the picture. Our door, even though it was shut and locked had a wide gap around the door frame letting in a lot of light. The tv didnt work and the bathtub was filthy. After immediately checking out we found out this site had been previously used as a homeless shelter!!! The city never should have let it operate as a hotel for paying guest and it needs to be shut down.

I received text messages and voicemails and emails telling me how excited La Quinta would be to receive us at their new updated state of the Art hotel. The room was dirty. The beds were horrible felt like air mattresses the amenities in the room so so some large device to plug in your phone, etc., that didn’t even work. I checked out on the 16th versus the 17th because we were so disappointed in what we arrived to. I would never go back to that place again or recommend it to anybody the parking lot you needed a four-wheel-drive to go through. It was full of numerous potholes.
