Absolutely too notch casino and resort. Sparkling clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Casino are was a lot of fun. Breakfast was a 10: eggs very fresh and flavorable. Bacon cooked perfectly; sourdough toast, yum.

We were told by the casino that we could cancel up to 24 hrs , When we called to cancel one room the casino told us to contact you to cancel, After having issues getting an agent on the line she told us that we could not cancel. Directly opposite what we were just told. Htels.com has the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We got no satisfaction from your customer service being told too bad and then constantly trying to get off the phone. Terrible look, can't understand how you stay in business treating long term customers this way.

It was an over all enjoyable experience from check in to check out, everyone was helpful polite and welcoming. We checked in Friday night and that gentleman was so helpful about directions and let us know we won’t want to stay anywhere else. He was correct we can’t wait to return!!
