The room was very, very nice. We did have a little hiccup with our neighbors. They had their TV on too loud. I called Security and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. We were able to sleep after that. Our stay was great. We love staying at your hotel. Thank you.

Surprised my husband for his bday here. It was both our first time and we're already planning another trip!!! The rooms were clean, many options for food, and the staff was friendly. It was a bit confusing on the elevators at first but we got it down.

The spa was very relaxing and the pool was great. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem checking in until I decided to use my Expedia rewards on this trip to book my room. They said there were no rooms ready when I checked in after 4pm and then gave me a handicapped room. They said it was the same as the other rooms. It was not. The bathroom was much smaller, had a standard tub instead of a nice large shower, the view out the window looked at the rooftop of the service buildings. I went back to the front desk and asked for a non handicapped room, and they gave me a normal room with a mountain view. I asked if the check-in delays and room assignment were because I booked thru Expedia and they told me yes. It is a shame, because I spent way more at the hotel with spa services, food and gambling. I guess the moral is you have to book directly with Monarch to get the room you paid for at check-in time.

We had a problem with the unit connected to our unit. They partied from 10pm - 7am. After several complaints to security, they finally removed the people at 7am. Got a free return for one night in the future.

staff were very nice X for those at the cashier window, they were cold and nearly rude. Dining options are aplenty. the food on the buffet, especially the sea food was sub par. Yet fairly expensive. the cleaning staff was the most friendly and kindest!!! the rooms were exceptional AND clean.Wi-Fi only worked in the rooms NOT in the casino. did not utilize the bar. No free drinks though while gambling like at other casinos. We were there too short a time to utilize the spa, so no comment on that.
