There was no way to get any air movement, the room was hot and it took until 4 AM to cool down. I don't know if they had the unit on heat only but it was not a pleasant experience.

We rented two rooms. One safe in the room did not work. The fridges barely keep anything cold. There was food left in the fridge. There is only one working ice machine on the 9th floor. The air conditioning barely worked. The check out kiosk did not work. Made us walk to another casino to check out.

Door to bathroom squeaks loudly when closing - not good at night as it woke up my wife. Toilet paper holder in bathroom is loose and falls off. Basic maintenance is needed.

Fix the hot water

The water for the shower was barely lukewarm after letting the water run for 5 minutes. Not a pleasant experience to not get a hot shower. Otherwise, the hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again ...just fix your hot water, please!

We didnt need to shop. My husband and i were there to relax and enjoy playing in the casino after viewing the fall colors along the highway 119..The room was clean and the bed very confortable. Just an observation, maybe the handicap accessible rooms have the grab bars on more accessible places. The room we were in had one long hand bar at the foot end on the bath, next to the toilet. It was very uncomfortable to get out of the shower while holding the grab bar. Also, it might be wise to add a shorter grab bar on the far wall of the shower stall should an elderly person , like myself need to hold on to it while in the shower. Thank you.
