Includes BBQ grill, endless miles of nearby trails to ski, hike, bike or 4 wheel, satellite TV, WIFI, one small adult or kid kayak, one full-size kayak, two paddle boards and a rowboat, or bring your own non-motorized equipment. Only 12 mins. to the charming town of Nederland & just 15 minutes to ski Eldora! 45 minutes to Boulder or Denver.
