"The room's condition was good!"

"The room was very clean, but quite small (apparently, MOTTO is a 'microhotel'---interesting). But the room had everything needed, except room for much clothing (but I am told there are bigger rooms, if more space is required.) Anyway, our room was fine, as we were only there for a long weekend. The front desk staff was delightful. And there is a wonderful Mexican restaurant (and bar) on the premises, plus a cool coffee shop by the entrance. I would definitely stay here again."

"Although minor issues occurred, no heat in the first room and no working remote in the second, the staff quickly rectified putting us in another room and resetting the remote. Staff was always courteous and very helpful providing accurate information upon request. Will stay here whenever in the area."

"Enjoyed our stay at the doubletree. Airport shuttle was easy to locate on arrival and the driver was wonderful on the way back to the airport. The front desk staff was fantastic and we were grateful for an early check in. The little cafe shop made fantastic lattes and offer juices for the younger crowds. Only thing that would have been better is if there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room for leftovers that ended up having to go to waste. Other than that if we visit Philly again I would definitely stay here again. "
