"The room smelled heavily of moth balls upon entering, t. The front desk was not the nicest and the outdoor pool was closed, for no particular reason or warning at check in. Despite that people were in the pool later that evening after we inquired and were told we couldn't use it."

"In the 3 days we stayed, not once was our room cleaned or made up even though we were away for most days, leaving before 9 arriving back at hotel a 5:00p.m. our room had not been cleaned. I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast available. No staff to help get luggage to room if we wanted help. The valet service was excellent. Our car was available when we needed it even parked out front for our 6:00 a.m. departure. Dinner on 2nd floor was adequate although not $150. worth. Service was very good."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking garage. Despite that inconvenience, I would stay here again and would recommend it to adults looking for a nice Milwaukee getaway."
