Staff. The staff disregarded our needs and complaints. Did not follow through with solutions to fix certain things. I asked for more towels I did not received them. I asked for a broom I dos not receive it. My heart was not working in my room and I was told the staff is currently resolving other complaints, they would get to me when there could. Like, how many complaints did yall have that made out take 4 hours before yall came to my room. I was uncomfortable for hours.

The location of the room made everything seem so far. There was no ice machine on our level had to travel the farthest to get some, and no access to a microwave on the floor. Had to go to the first level for everything. Our tv was constantly inoperable, or if it did work, it lagged so much and or the audio didn't match what was being said on screen. We called numerous times to remedy this issue; however, the front desk never answered the phone once. If there was a problem that arose, I had to travel all the way to the front desk, wait in long lines, just to speak with the desk. This hotel did not used to be like this at all.

The room felt extremely neglected. Upon check in, it was almost like someone hadn't stayed there in awhile because, there was spider webs coming from every single light fixture, the cups provided for ice was mix-matched and hazy. The thermostat read 76 degrees in the room the entire time, while we had to bundle up with two blankets as the vents were pushing out ice cold air. We had a plumbing issue in our room that never got addressed at all; water randomly appearing on floor. Each time we would try to reach out to the front desk, the phone would be disconnected; forcing us to have to either go directly to the desk or call from our cell phones. Lastly, the extra blankets they provided to us were stained with black spots.
