Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, room was very clean. I wipe everything down when I get there and I got nothing but clean. Nothing showing on my Lysol wipes after wiping. Location to Brewer stadium and The Forum was about and 15 - 20 min commute but worth it due to location of this hotel in Brookfield. Felt safe all the time. Breakfast was good. Everything was warm and not overcooked. Cheese omelets and sausages was the hot portion. Had all the continental options as well. Definitely will stay there again!! Pool and hot tub looked nice but didn’t get to enjoy them. No time.

The room was very clean including the hot tub and living area. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful as well. My only real complaint was that the bed was not comfortable at all. It had no support to it. Overall I would stay there again.

Our room (325) was incredibly dirty - dirty toilet, dirty & damaged side of tub, bathroom walls and door were filthy with grime and something on the wall I fear was vomit. Mirror and hanging dryer bag were dirty as well as covered in toothpaste splatter. Floors and baseboards - truly every bathroom surface was unclean. The refrigerator froze everything, was very loud and the cabinet it was in was badly damaged and dirty. The ceiling fan blades were caked in dust. The carpeting had so many stains it looked like a crime scene. The vinyl sofa was dirty and had several questionable stains and/or surface dirt. The hallway and elevator were also extremely dirty and very poorly maintained. We have stayed here numerous times and were shocked to find it in this condition. Very disappointing.

PLEASE BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL!

Booked a 3 night stay, got to the hotel and they had a different room than what I booked. Said no I paid for a 2 queen (4 adults on the trip) and the instead put us in a 1 king room. When I said that’s not what we ordered they blamed it on us using hotels.com and not their page. We had points. Then got transferred to proper room the next day only for housekeeping to spill pop in our room and all they did was give us towels. It was gross and they were hella rude the whole time. Then they took two times the incidental they needed. We had to go down to the desk for extra pillows when we called 5 hours before and never received them. This is not a good experience and will not be returning to this hotel or branch of hotels. Never had a problem before and now we have. I just want my money back for this trip because that’s how bad a family vacation they ruined was. I’m sad I wasted my hard earned money on them.

While me and my daughters were swimming my son called and said that some woman he didn't recognize opened our room door with a key card without knocking and entered our room. He said that she looked at him and he asked if he could help her. She then turned around and left the room without saying a word. My son then went to the door opened it and looked down the hall and the women was moving at a fast pace down the hall pushing a cleaning cart. My son then closed the door and locked the dead bolt and latch on the door and called me. After he told me what happened I went to the front desk and told the attendant that I was heated because someone entered my room without reason or knocking, saw my son, was asked if she could be helped and turned around and fled the scene without an apology or explanation. This caused an uneasy feeling for me and all of my kids. We left shortly after. there was no reason any staff or hotel Employees should have entered my room especially without announcing themselves. Also I found an empty whisky bottle in the night stand drawer next to my bed. Needless to say we won't be returning there again.

The room was clean, hotel as well. Pool hours are very good Water temp as well. Entrance to hotel from back was hard. No ramp, high step and i cant do steps without a rail. A little more breakfast variety world be nice. I had 3 breakfasts , potatoes and bacon would be nice.
