Got settled into our room and discovered a filthy towel on the back of the bathroom door, curly black body hair included. Pretty gross. Place was full, so we didn't make waves but did tell the desk clerk. It hung on that door our whole stay. Who knows what was on that towel. Had to constantly tell my child not to touch it. Breakfast was disappointing - food was not being replenished and attitude was received when asking about refills. Breakfast area was packed. Booked this hotel for the fact it had breakfast and still ended up having to buy food, because none of the actual food was available. Watery yogurt and waffles were plentiful though - just no actual protein. The eggs that were advertised would have been nice to have. Pool was nice but very cold, place was cleanish enough. Beds weren't great. Lots of light under the door from the hall. The one plus was that it was quiet. Overall, would not book again between the nasty towel and having to buy breakfast when one should have been available.

We felt very unsafe because of all the homeless people hanging around. Also, when we arrived we were not able to check in because of a change in the reservation that Travelocity had made at our request. That reservation had to be canceled and a new one had to be made with a different credit card. I am looking for a refund for the reservation that was made using the original credit card. I look forward to hearing from someone who can help me with this.

Room was outdated and the shower curtain looked yellow at bottom. Staff wasn’t able to help with computer they provide for guest to use. Rooms were not sound proof at all. Could hear people in their rooms from hall. Safe didn’t work properly even after asking staff for help.
