The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.

Apparently housekeeping had been cheating on their bed changes. My bed linen was found to be dirty, stains and human hair. Not very pleasant. This issue was resolved immediately with brand new linen. Hopefully it was an oversight by room attendant an not a trend.
