The cottage features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath, and a couch in the living room that can be used as a twin size bed. The house is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and serving ware as well as an en-suite laundry room.

Absolute Awesome Lodging

Everything was perfect, the communication, the location, the amenities and the actual housing. All were exactly as presented with no hiccups!! One comment for the manger, please fix the one bathroom door that you cannot close😔 There is something stuck under the door so there is not much privacy in bathroom with one door open🤗 I’ll be back my first fishing trip on the Bosque River was unique and successful 🎣🎣

This rental is very, very nice and was just what we needed while visiting Waco. We especially appreciated how clean it was. Our only "con" is that it is located where there is a lot of street noise. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Close to everything

Great location being 5-10 minutes from everything. Very comfortable bed and nice upgraded bathroom and kitchen. Road noice was noticeable at night but not inconvenient. Overall great stay!

I cannot say enough about the experience. We were looking for a place convenient to Baylor. It was so convenient that during a break in an intensive professional school program, the house was perfectly located to go back for lunch. It was quiet for studying and relaxing. Communication with the owners was excellent. We will return Thank you!

Great little mini home

I stayed here while I volunteered at the LLB SW Region Tournament. Field is 2.5 miles from this rental. They have a flood light aimed at your parked vehicle. The clothes washer/dryer came is very handy. This place was just a little more than the hotels around the area. The extra cost was definitely worth it.
