The staff was amazing and great. The room is dated but clean. What I didn’t like is that normally I can get a room for under $200 but because it was Baylor graduation, the room was over $500 a night. I paid that much for a view of the roof and a room with popcorn ceilings and an extremely loud air conditioner. I booked this 7 months in advance too. Very disappointing that they hike prices up for all football, graduation and special weekends.

We loved the staff and location. The guys that run the shuttle AD Stephens & Todd were very good hosts. So friendly. The shuttle is a very good idea for people like us that didn't rent a car.They made our vacation even better. Best drivers ever. You couldn't ask for a better location. The food was very good. Staff everywhere in the hotel was wonderful. We will definitely be back here and recommend to all of our friends. I can't say anything bad about the hotel at all. Best hotel in US that I have stayed in. Look forward to staying again soon. :)

The outdoor space was beautiful. However, the service was less desirable! The servers in the hotel restaurant were rude, and you had to flag them down for them to take your order. It felt like they were merely tolerating us being there. Not very welcoming. The rooms were very clean though!

I had heard good things about this hotel from blogs about trips to waco and the access to magnolia silos. At checkin the staff was friendly. The rooms need some updates. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. The train drives through at night and horn blows for a significant amount of time; woke us up both nights. The amenities like the ice cream shop and starbucks was nice.

Overall nice stay, staff welcoming and helpful. Only complaint would be train noise due to proximity to tracks. There were a couple nights where the train was blowing its horn repeatedly on the way through town in the middle of the night.

Hilton Waco

The hotel was nice, but check in was delayed til 4pm and when we got to the room it wasn't what I reserved. I reserved a deluxe queen room with 2 queen beds and a separate living room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa. I mmentioned this to the front desk and they said that they 9nly have deluxe king rooms and that the travel sites (travelocity, priceline, expedia, etc.) Often say they have rooms that they don't. I was traveling with a group of 6 and if 2 hadn't decided to not spend the night there would not have been room for everyone.

Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
Cons: nothing
Location: We were in town to participate in a half marathon. The hotel was in walking distance of the event as well as several restaurants.
We had a wonderful experience! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. We did not have any sort of disruption from other guests. It was wonderful

Comfortable

A nice experience. They were a bit understaffed because of the holidays but the staff that was there worked very hard to be sure all was well with their guests. Recommended.
