Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bar was a nice place to relax and breakfast was delicious! The highlight is the location. You have access to multiple metro stations within 10min walk to take you anywhere you want in Tokyo. There are a huge number of restaurants, bars and shops around too. I will definitely be looking to use this hotel again when I return to Tokyo, unbeatable base for a trip there!

The room was clean and comfortable, with space efficiently used. The staff were nothing less than amazing! They were quick to help with anything I asked of them, offering suggestions and arranging transportation when asked. I would not hesitate to stay there again and hope to do so in the future. The bed and pillows were very very firm and to be fair I understand that hotel beds are firm but this was next level and as result I ached the whole day. The breakfast wasn’t great could get better across the road at 7/11 you also have to tell them a time for breakfast as the restaurant is very small. My daughter and I were supposed to return to this hotel on our return to Tokyo however cancelled and booked somewhere else

Overall the hotel is a good price for what you get. We did have issues with the cleaners not replacing our shampoo and body wash after housekeeping which was a bit of an issue as we discovered they were missing only after we stepped in to start showering. Breakfast is good value and pretty standard offerings. The biggest challenge is that this hotel is neither close to Shinjuku or Okubo. It’s not a bad walk, but the part of town can also be quite busy and noisy with all the clubs around. If you’re into that scene then this is lively neighborhood for you. However if you’re traveling as a family with children, would suggest doing some research before booking.

Loved the pajamas the hotel provided and also the free slippers were good quality! Of course, the bathroom and toilet facilities, as expected of Japan, high tech! The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful.

This hotel was an amazing base for our trip to Tokyo. My wife, daughter (2 1/2 years old), and I stayed here for 6 days and we loved it! I heard lots of people saying that Kabukicho was a noisy and rowdy area and whatnot, but this hotel offered so much peace and quiet that if you’re worried about that, this hotel offers serenity. They have so many amenities too, so you can save on buying some toiletries. I also recommend getting the breakfast option, as they have a good selection of American and Japanese cuisine and they rotate the food daily so you don’t get tired of your options. I would stay here again!
