The kitchenette and washer/dryer were very convenient. Having the bus station and subway station next door was great. Staff was great.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is smaller compared to the ones we stayed in Osaka but still comfortable. The hotel is next to the subway station and it is on the main road. The downside is the noise. You hear siren and speaker announcement 2 or 3 times a day. Our room faces the main road. We think they are fire engines? We got a complain call about us playing music from our laptop on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't loud but the hotel door is not sound proof. So beware of that. I personally find the rules are a bit restrictive. You have to post signs to request for services. For example, we post a sign for towels change and garbage disposal. They did just that but didn't give us toilet paper even though we were down to one. This hotel has Yamato Transport service so it is convenient for those who need luggage delivery service. Overall, it is a nice, clean hotel.

Nice hotel, but no western level of service

The staff are lovely, the room is clean and the location is excellent. This is not a hotel though. It is what a western person would call a motel. There is no counter service in the middle of night and the front door is card locked, there is no room cleaning service (they just wash your towels, they don't clean your room during your stay). And the furniture has that dated, motel feel (some aspects like the aircon need to be replaced as they're currently too noisy to keep on during the night) It is a bit nostalgic. If you can live with this it is in a great location, and has lovely staff.

Great location away from the usual Tokyo central locations. Excellent location next to the local station for getting around. Being that little bit further out, rooms were bigger. Usual Tokyustay great amenities. The in room washer/drier walkways so very welcome and helps keep packing light..

This is a great stay in Yōga! Hotel has great location, great staff, comfortable beds, great showers is directly across street from Yōga station and close to many restaurants/bars If you want to check out a great neighborhood in Setagaya, go to Yōga and stay at Tokyu Stay Yōga- highly recommended

Affordable comfort stay

Compact clean room with small kitchenette. No frills, but very comfortable for a good price in Setagya, Tokyo Location at Yoga station makes travel throughout Tokyo, by train or bus, very easy. Have stayed at this property 7 or 8 times and have never had a problem

This is not a fancy hotel, but it has everything you could need and is in a terrific location. I loved the area around the Yoga station. Balcony was a nice bonus.
